Managing Director
The Founder and Managing Director, Agnieszka Walter, is a market leader with extensive international recruitment experience. For the last 12 years she has built up her career from being a Consultant, a Manager and then a Country Leader. It all began at Grafton Recruitment in Dublin, Ireland and that was the ‘flying start’ to her professional life. She never looked back and now enjoys every day of it.
Agnieszka has always specialized in high level placements and throughout her career has supported numerous clients in finding the best workforce solutions for their organizations. After her latest post at Kelly Services Poland, Agnieszka decided to continue her career with Star Hunt and, as she comments, is very excited to go forward and develop to what has become her passion.
Having lived in five countries and travelled across several more over the last 15 years, have made Agnieszka conscious of cultural differences in business and respect for each other’s values. Her inspiration to work comes from a well-balanced family life, world travels and ordinary people who achieved great things in life.
